Job Description
The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment including:
- Utilize recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals in new employment opportunities
- Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet clients requirements
- Present job opportunities to candidates and negotiate contract terms
- Setup and prepare candidates for the client interview process
- Build relationships with contract employees to network for new business opportunities and referrals
- Conduct reference checks and background investigation
- Establish strategic business development and recruiting plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 2+ years of staffing/recruiting experience as a Recruiter with proven success
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a team player
