Job Description

The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment including:

• Utilize recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals in new employment opportunities
• Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet clients requirements
• Present job opportunities to candidates and negotiate contract terms
• Setup and prepare candidates for the client interview process
• Build relationships with contract employees to network for new business opportunities and referrals
• Conduct reference checks and background investigation
• Establish strategic business development and recruiting plans

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• 2+ years of staffing/recruiting experience as a Recruiter with proven success
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a team player
