Job Overview
Responsible for administrative support to National Video Deployment Engineering (NVDE). This role will support the entire department in remote locations and for logistics around the facility in Denver, CO.
A successful candidate will bring excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills necessary to team with executives to increase the lead teams capacity to design and execute business strategies.
Assistant 2 is responsible for coordinating projects, orchestrating meetings, managing agendas and follow-up actions, and providing office support associated with communication across NVDE. Assistant could also be asked to manage email and communications on behalf of the executives they support. As such, detail orientation and excellent communication skills are a must.
Assistant 2 also provides data analysis and reporting to the executive team, requiring skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook), presentation design assistance, and communications/coordination across teams.
Assistant 2 should be able to work with minimal supervision and guidance, and partner closely with primary executive they support. This includes managing calendars, calls, and other responsibilities to increase the capacity of the executive team. A successfully candidate will be self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously to solve open ended problems, and be comfortable working across many organizations for successful outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
Provides administrative (including clerical) support including written correspondence, document crafting, filing, research, and various projects.
Practices good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality of sensitive information regarding department activities.
Creates and manages intricate spreadsheets, Word documents, and/or PowerPoint presentations.
Screens and directs incoming phone calls.
Handles maintenance of office equipment, and coordinates with facility teams on physical space and assets for the team.
Manages calendars and appointments, assists Executive in creating action plans and manages them to completion
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
Graphic design skills desired

Job Requirements
- High School or Equivalent- Generally requires 2-5 years related experience
