Job Classification: Contract Aerotek Engineering is seeking a Civil AutoCAD Drafter to work with a dynamic growing civil engineering firm in the Englewood area. Projects will be focused on residential and commercial land development. This is a great opportunity for those who would like to grow with a company that has a fast-paced, challenging and fun work environment!Applicants must have a comprehensive understanding in all aspects of residential and commercial land development, AutoCad drafting/design including grading, drainage and erosion control, water and sanitary sewer systems, and roadways. The applicants must be proficient in the AutoCad Civil 3D software platform and its application in the civil design process. We are seeking dependable, highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills who will be responsive to the needs of our clients and be able to communicate with our staff, local jurisdictions, and consultants. Duties and responsibilities will include certain aspects of design, drafting, and preparation of construction plans including roadways, storm sewer, grading & erosion control, water distribution, sanitary sewer, site plans, final plats, and other supporting documentation. The qualified applicants must be able to coordinate with Project Engineers and staff to ensure timely and accurate document and drawing preparation.
