What You’ll Do
We are looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative who can effectively close new business over the phone by effectively presenting RLE’s solutions. Ultimately, we are looking for a team player to come in, quickly learn our products, and make a difference in taking RLE to the next level.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming sales calls and responding to leads resulting from marketing campaigns, trade shows, etc.
- Responding to basic customer support questions.
- Creating, editing and following up on sales quotes.
- Assisting our Marketing Department with preparing for sales presentations and trade shows.
- Tracking and reporting key customer metrics.
- Managing and monitoring accounts receivable.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and abilities:- Previous sales support and/or inside sales experience preferred; technical sales experience a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing personality along with excellent customer service skills.
- Advanced level Excel experience.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Ability to create and maintain sales reports and identify basic sales trends.
- Willingness to work in others areas as needed.
