Purpose of Position: This position will project manage and execute communications for HCR Advertising and Marketing. The Colorado Health Benefit Exchange launched their advertising and consumer outreach in May. Open enrollment through the exchange begins
Oct. 1, 2013. Contractor services are needed to provide coordination and management and completion of the communication tactics that are being developed to maximize the opportunity presented by the exchange market. Exchange communications fall across six areas: (1) Advertising and brand (2) online resources (3) media communications (4) Internal communications (5) Community events (6) marketing and broker communications. Candidate must have strong Project Management background preferrably in Healthcare.

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Minimum years of experience required: 5 years Healthcare background preferred

Minimum educational requirement: BA/BS required

This position will project manage and execute communications for clients /HCR Advertising and Marketing. Line of Business and product communications Written Communications/ editing/proofing Project development Client Services Self Starter People Skills Advertising and Brand Media communications External web - including Community Benefit (Pro bono medical services, contributions and community partnerships) Marketing Internal Communications Success will require connecting with uninsured populations and thousands of existing members with new options through the exchange, as well as fully informing Colorado employees about this new marketplace.
