PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for managing complex and high risks projects. Oversees project budgets and schedules. Manage day-to-day aspects of project scope. Minimizes project risk. Creates and manages project work plans and work breakdown structures.

Resource will have responsibility to project manage the towers of work & asset management, Resource & Field enablement, and Supply Chain, along with the five process change projects identified in the scope of wave 1 PTT in-scope activities.

Strong project manager with experience working within a structured IT governance/PMO model across various groups within an organization.

1) Skills - Strong Project / Program Management, SharePoint & PowerPoint skills, Good High Level knowledge of technology (asset management, mobility,etc) - able to quickly grasp and understand technology discussions, not required to configure, utilize, install, etc the technology, but an ability to understand challenges and talk the talk

2) SharePoint, powerpoint, nice to have - work and asset management, scheduling and workflow tools, mobility - these they just need to have a high level overview, not hands on experience

3) Worked on very large and complex projects / programs for a long period of time (2+ year deployment programs), worked on technology deployment projects (both system and process change), works well in an ever changing environment.

This person needs to be dynamic enough to change the plan for the day on the spot to prioritize on the most important matters. Should not require heavy supervision, but keeps leadership well informed. Able to communicate with senior leaders as well as boots on the ground. Lastly needs to be willing to manage certain administrative tasks of hotel contract arrangements, periodic meeting space planning and booking, etc.

Job Requirements

• Experience managing projects and budgets in the $20 million range required.

• 7-10 years PM experience

• Experienced at developing and presenting complex messages to stakeholders of various levels including C level.
