Digital Sales Specialist at Denver

Job Description

This job supports the 9news / Gannett Sales Department and oversees and manages all digital advertising campaigns including front-end research, order entry, creative management, campaign optimization and post sale activity.

  • Manage and coordinate the execution of all digital sales across all station websites, mobile and social media platforms for both local and national accounts.
  • Work with the sales team to create advertiser solutions that maximize results.
  • Understand, evaluate and manage digital sales inventory.
  • Work with corporate ad operations to schedule campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance, and make customer recommendations
  • Generate performance reports and create campaign summaries.
  • Work with clients to overcome technical, ad-related issues.
  • Interface with sales account executives and the creative team.
  • Overseeing creative fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • 1-3 years of online marketing ideally from a digital agency or online media outlet.
  • Avid user of social media and digital platforms.
  • Must have organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Experience with ad serving platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and deliverables.
