Job Description
This job supports the 9news / Gannett Sales Department and oversees and manages all digital advertising campaigns including front-end research, order entry, creative management, campaign optimization and post sale activity.
- Manage and coordinate the execution of all digital sales across all station websites, mobile and social media platforms for both local and national accounts.
- Work with the sales team to create advertiser solutions that maximize results.
- Understand, evaluate and manage digital sales inventory.
- Work with corporate ad operations to schedule campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance, and make customer recommendations
- Generate performance reports and create campaign summaries.
- Work with clients to overcome technical, ad-related issues.
- Interface with sales account executives and the creative team.
- Overseeing creative fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- 1-3 years of online marketing ideally from a digital agency or online media outlet.
- Avid user of social media and digital platforms.
- Must have organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience with ad serving platforms.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Solid project management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and deliverables.
