QA Software Tester at Englewood

Job Description

Volt Technical Resources is seeking a qualified QA Engineer for our highly respected Denver client. The candidate will need to be experienced in developing, documenting, and executing tests that will deliver highly operable application software. Writing test cases and scripts, test execution and issue tracking will be a daily task.The candidate will be expected to lead a team in successful execution of projects. The candidate will need to have a strong understanding of the software development cycle, particularly the Agile development methodologies. Candidates must display the ability to interact with other software developers, managers, and business users.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years experience testing dynamic web based business applications.
• Experience with the Agile Development Methodologies.
• Experience with Back-End application testing.
• Financial application testing experience a plus.
• Experience with Agile tools such Salesforce.com, Test Complete, QA Planner and Rally.
• Experience with UNIX and SQL, as it relates to test execution.
• Java, XML, Solaris Environment experience is preferred.
• Crystal Reporting is preferred.
