Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Menu Planning with the agency Dietary Consultant
- Food purchasing and storage
- Food preparation and clean up
- Kitchen management and upkeep
- Compliance with health department regulations and agency safety procedures
- Inventory
- Regular communication with Residential Supervisors regarding meal set-up and clean-up
- Maintaining USDA record keeping requirements
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by the Program Director of other administrative personnel as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in food preparation
- Must meet the NRBH hiring requirements of all background checks
Education:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
