Kitchen Manager at Greeley

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning with the agency Dietary Consultant
  • Food purchasing and storage
  • Food preparation and clean up
  • Kitchen management and upkeep
  • Compliance with health department regulations and agency safety procedures
  • Inventory
  • Regular communication with Residential Supervisors regarding meal set-up and clean-up
  • Maintaining USDA record keeping requirements
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by the Program Director of other administrative personnel as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in food preparation
  • Must meet the NRBH hiring requirements of all background checks

Education:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
