Job Description
The Sr. BSA will perform tasks at a best-in-class level and act as a subject matter expert (SME) in multiple business systems analysis disciplines (marketing, reporting, operations, projects, data, interactive, QA or digital custom work) or Epsilon services and products. The Sr. BSA will use Epsilon experience and business knowledge to assist sales and account teams in defining solutions, handling challenging client situations, and providing problem resolution.
He/she will have a demonstrated track record internally as a go to person in their areas of expertise, and will most often operate and manage by influence rather than through management of people.

Responsibilities
1. Lead, facilitate and coordinate processes and associated tasks such as requirements, functional specifications and other client documentation
2. Lead, facilitate and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing, and associated activities such as test plan, test cases and test execution.
3. Support production staff & client end users in the use of the overall client solution.
4. Help to develop and implement processes and methodologies
5. Mentor, teach and coach Associate BSAs, BSAs, Sr. BSAs
6. Consult, problem solve and review with client teams in areas of expertise
Qualifications
Working knowledge of SQL
Marketing: defining, testing and executing marketing campaigns
Reporting: defining, testing and executing marketing reports
Project: implementing, testing and support of solutions across the full software development lifecycle
Operations: production support and operational processes to support production processing, and implementation, testing and support of production enhancements
Data: implementation, testing and support of extract, transform and load processes
Expert knowledge within areas of expertise:
o Campaign management/execution tools (e.g. Unica, SAS MA, Alterian)
o Business Intelligence tools ( e.g. Business Objects, Cognos)
o Web Technologies (HTML, XML, web services, etc.)
o Unix, Flat File processing, Data Hygiene and CDI Working knowledge of project management methodologies and creation of defined artifacts Expert knowledge of Epsilons products and services within areas of expertise
