Description

MWH is seeking a Senior Software Developer. The successful individual can be located anywhere in the United States, Warrington, UK or Christchurch, NZ.

This role is designed to engage in software development activities within the iNet project team structure.
Specific focus on work flow and document management solutions using Oracle WebCenter 11g technologies.
Devise new solutions to technical challenges you or your team may encounter.
Contribute to the development and improvement of concepts, techniques, and procedures related to software development.
Develop standards, patterns, and templates for yourself and others.
Deliver software components per committed time schedules.
Mentor other software developers to build on team capabilities.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree preferably in information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Minimum of five (5) years experience software development

Specific technology skills required include:
BPEL development,
SOA,
JAVA

Demonstrate understanding and use of advanced techniques and knowledge within work flow and document management area of expertise.

Experience with software development methodologies: waterfall and agile
Experience designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software from a set of business requirements.
Designs software according to existing architectural frameworks and standards.
Identifies opportunities to improve or extend frameworks and standards.
Deep understanding of software architectures.
Experience with software development tools appropriate to work flow and document management.
Identifies and evaluates emerging technologies and techniques, looking to apply to new or existing software solutions for improved value.
Identifies opportunities to improve the value of software technology investments.
Experience in system/database tuning methods and options.
Experience with release control, quality control, and change control processes.
Understanding of PMO and project management functions.
Experience working alone and in a team setting.
Experience training or mentoring others.
Experience in public speaking, training, and demos.
Independently perform assignments with little instruction.
Requires judgement in making decisions.
