Senior Environmental Compliance Engineer at Lakewood

Tetra Tech also provides a broad spectrum of environmental services for the aerospace industry including remediation planning design, and oversight, air-program support, RCRA and CERCLA expertise, storm water planning and management, SPCC planning and management, regulatory reviews and preparation of local, state and federal permit applications, and agency consultation.

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Environmental Compliance/Chemical Engineer in the Lakewood, Colorado office.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support and project management in regulatory compliance management.
• Audit programs.
• Perform air quality permitting and technical analyses.
• Perform Toxics Release Inventory reporting.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Have 15+ years of applicable experience.
• Have the ability to manage complex projects.
• Must be versatile and be flexible with regard to a wide variety of work tasks.
• Must have strong customer service skills, and a flexible approach to problem solving.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication (oral and written), organizational and planning and attention to detail skills.
