Compensation: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year

Corporate Legal Administrative AssistantExcellent pay and Stellar benefits!!Our client, an oil and gas company is looking for an experienced legal assistant to support the general counsel and other attorneys in the corporate legal department. 5+ years with a law firm coupled with corporate legal department experience are required for this position. You will be responsible for preparing legal documents, corporate governance support, budgeting, communicating with owners, clients and outside law firms, assisting the GC with communications with board members and performing some docketing and filings. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Must posses superior computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. Job Requirements

5+ years with a law firm coupled with corporate legal department experience are required for this position.
