Recruiting Coordinator at Highlands Ranch

Job Description

The primary duties of the HR Recruiting Coordinator are:


  • Schedules interviews with hiring teams and candidates
  • Coordinates candidate travel
  • Creates offer letters within the Applicant Tracking System / BrassRing
  • Initiates and monitors pre-employment screening process, to include background checks and drug screens.
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure all required forms and processes are completed
  • Assists recruiters with applicant tracking data management to include cancellation of requisitions, dispositioning candidates, and more

Additional duties of the HR Recruiting Coordinator are:


  • Provides assistance to recruiters to help research and Source candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, employee referrals and internet sites
  • Posts jobs to various job boards.
  • Ensures compliance and accuracy on requisitions and job postings.
  • Other duties as assigned

Position pays $14-17/hr, depending on experience.

Local candidates only.

Education
High School diploma required. College Degree preferred.

Certifications/Licenses

Required Qualifications

  • Two + years of general office experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and follow up skills
  • Demonstrated success in a high volume, fast pace environment
  • Ability to multi task and regularly reevaluate priorities to meet deadlines and expectations
  • An effective communicator in every setting, a focused listener.
  • A strong and clear writer, able to quickly and articulately prepare clear and appropriate correspondence, typically through email.
  • Superior attention to detail with the ability to multi-task required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality required.
  • Able to work well in a team setting with others relying on you for time sensitive materials.
  • Daily interaction with a variety of stakeholders: candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, HR collegues, IT collegues and recruiting partners.
    Must be avid about details and dedicated to delivering superior customer service


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR or other business related major
  • Prior experience as a recruiting coordinator or HR assistance preferred
