Position will interface with customers to assure customer satisfaction and review requirements to meet customer specifications. Candidate will work with the internal technical organizations and teams (CT / FW/ Manufacturing, CEE) to ensure high quality products are achieved and maintained from first product release. Roles and responsibilities include: The CQE successfully handles customer returns and will lead a cross-functional team (including failure analysis) to determine root cause and corrective actions, drive resolution of customer issues, and prepare 8D reports. The CQE drives quality improvements to meet all customer expectations regarding PPM of product shipped, quality of 8D reports and cycle time of customer requests.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related degree.10+ years Engineering or related discipline.Understanding of data analysis and root cause tools including 8D problem solving, Failure Rate, Prediction, and Pareto.Must be capable of effectively interfacing at all levels of the organization including executive level both internally and with the customer.Strong leadership skills with proven ability to drive complex issues to closure in a timely manner and clearly communicate the result.Must have superior communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to travel to customer sites (inside and outside U.S.) for direct customer interactions.Must exhibit self-motivation, demonstrate sense of urgency and be capable of successfully multi-tasking in a high pressure, fast-paced environment, matrix environment.Must have analytical abilities necessary to plan and prioritize own work.Must be able to excel in a strong team environment (team player).Manpower is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/AA)
