  • 5+ years experience in a support and light to moderate development role
  • SharePoint 2010 and above application support, configuration, content customizations, new functionality
  • CRM Online 2011 and above application support, configuration, reporting, new features
  • Newsgator (nice to have)
  • Marketing campaign support using industry-standard tools such as Core Motives, etc.
  • MS SSRS for reporting
  • MS SSIS for integration
  • Basic knowledge of business analytics and executive reporting
  • Java script, SQL, .net/C# development
  • Working knowledge of MS TFS
  • MS Office 2010 and above - tools support and integration
  • Working knowledge of Accounting software packages such as Quickbooks, Great Plains a plus
  • Web development (.Net, DotNetNuke, HTML, PHP, etc.) and support of internal website content changes, new pages, light functionality enhancements
  • Proven strong customer support and communication/coordination skills
  • Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills light supervision required
  • Skilled at end-user training
