Our application engineers consult on numerous engineering projects every week as they deliver technical instrument and electronic measurement automation expertise to Agilents customers. By joining our team you will assist our sales force on various phases of the sales process including requirements analysis, product recommendation, solution configuration, feature-by-feature demonstrations, and competitive positioning. As an application engineer you will work to understand customers measurement challenges as they use Agilent products and recommend solutions to meet their needs while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. To stay on top of your career you will be provided access to the breadth of Agilents electronic measurement equipment, training with our product divisions, and access to the expertise of other applications engineers on your team.Job Requirements
Bachelors or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalentMinimum of 4 years relevant experience, with typically 5 to 8 yearsExperience with digital logic testing using pulse generators, logic analyzers, or oscilloscopes.Familiar with digital interfaces such as USB, HDMI, SATA, PCI Express, MIPI, etc.Understanding of signal integrity concepts as found in high speed digital applications.Programming skills that include one or more of the following: .NET, LabView or VEE Pro, C#, C++ or VB.Experience with basic bench top test instruments such as: function generators, power supplies, voltmeters or data acquisition instruments.Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to explain sophisticated and complex subjects.Demonstrated sales or customer service skills.Country: USA, State: Colorado, City: Englewood, Company: Agilent.
