Project Manager 3

A national provider of application software systems, network and engineering technologies in support of a Federal Agency in Lakewood, Colorado needs a PMP certified Project Manager to manage multiple concurrent software development

Primary responsibilities include defining and documenting project scope, goals, objectives, schedules, resource allocation, and functional requirements for scientific-based applications development and supporting projects.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 8+ Years Project Management or Directly Related Experience
• Experience Managing Software Development Efforts for Federal Customers
• Ability to obtain National Agency Check (NAC) Government Clearance

 

Desired Skills/Abilities:

• PMP Certified
• Software Technologies:  J2EE, JSP, JQuery, HTML, SQL Server, JDBC, Websphere Application Server
• Agile Development Methodology
• Scientific/Federal Customer Environment Experience (i.e., taxonomy, biodiversity, eco-science, biogeographic characterization, etc.)
• Planning/Scheduling/Ticketing Tools ? Redmine, Jira, MS Project
