Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a SBA Underwriter/Credit Analyst on a Direct Permanent Placement opportunity with a leading company in Denver, CO.

Credit Analyst / Underwriter - Small Business LoansOur client is searching for their next Creidt Analyst/Underwriter for their Denver SBA loan department. Qualified candidates should be able to analyze and process SBA Division credit requests for SBA 7(a), and 504 or occasionally other transactions. Day to day duties include the review of credit packages, completion of transaction spreads and financial analysis, preparation of credit presentations, credit modifications, loan commitment letters, and other reports.

Minimum 1-2 years experience analyzing financial statements, producing debt coverage analysis, GAAP and financial analysis methods...prefer 2-4 years of experience

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with borrowers, business development officers, closers, packagers and management to successfully underwrite, obtain approval, and close qualified SBA division credits is a must.

Strong self-motivation and the ability to work on multiple transactions simultaneously is desired.

Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated knowledge of the SBA SOP is required

Strong proficiency in Word and Excel is required. Experience with PC
