Solutions Architecture

Location: Lafayette, CO/Wakefield, MA

Solutions Architect: Owns the overall architecture of the digital solutions group which consists of the following verticals:
- Web
- Email
- Mobile
- Reporting

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for the following:
- Work with the clients, solutions groups, and Epsilon DB/Loyalty groups as needed for the architecture of the overall solution
- Assist in the management of strategic alliances to position Epsilon as a leading service provider
- Responsible for describing the solution, defining the approach and estimating the work effort in client proposals
- Provide technical leadership to key clients.
- Provide project advisory services on strategic projects.
- Provide quality assurance services on delivery projects to ensure that the quality of delivered solutions reflects what was proposed.
- Provide training/coaching to other Architects to ensure consistent deliver of solutions and quality.
- Owner/Gatekeeper of the solution for client
- Ensure that intellectual assets created during the deliver process are collected, evolved and captured in the knowledge base in a manner that is reusable and relevant. Including:

o Architecture and UML Diagrams

o Integration Diagrams

o Costing Models

Skills Required:
- Bachelor or Masters degree
- 6-8 years experience; 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing
- Extensive knowledge of development methodologies and best practices
- Strong application development skills with architectural design on multiple platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data warehouse design concepts and methodologies
- Strong ability to assist projects in overcoming technical issues/problems which are impeding progress.
- Experience with SOA based architectures
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with strength in describing technical issues to others less well versed in technology.
- Consulting experience with a diverse and successful assignment history including, experience completing large scale multi-application integration projects both at the application and enterprise infrastructure level.
- A proven track record for the timely delivery of high quality project deliverables
- Understands and is able to apply systems development life cycle principles, concepts and techniques on projects.
