AREA LEADER

 

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can inspire, motivate and challenge an existing team of managers in their current roles. You will be leading and inspiring a team that encompasses 9 Restaurant locations in the Denver, CO area.

 

The ideal fit for the position will be someone who has hands-on experience and can adapt to multi-operations by providing excellent business results.

 

You must excel in:

 

•  Leading teams in a multi-unit environment.

•  Delivering and executing outstanding business results.

•  Providing operational analyzes, including guest service, execution of food quality, staff
  training, guest/employee safety, champion partnerships with managers, peers and support
  staff, conduct compliance audits and resolve employee issues.

•  Operational compliance auditing and resolution of employee issues.

•  Providing coaching, training and development of staff.

 

Job Requirements

 

• Must have minimum 5-7 years of Restaurant Multi-Unit Experience
• Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
• Proficient w/Computer i.e., Excel, Word
• BA Degree Preferred
