IT Technical Recruiter – Downtown Denver

 

Join me and the entire Harvey Nash team as an IT Technical Recruiter in Downtown Denver! We are growing and adding recruiters preferably with an IT Technical Background to our Harvey Nash Team in Denver.

 

If you enjoy IT Technical Recruiting, working on real IT Technical jobs within the Telecom, Financial, Oil and Gas and Healthcare industries, being able to use your technical skills to work with direct relationship clients, read further!

 

This is a full time permanent, direct hire opportunity with excellent dental, medical and vision benefits including a matching 401K!

 

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2+ years of IT Technical recruiting experience.

Preferences include:

-  Supporting the business development team fill positions where we have direct contact, true IT positions!

-  Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (include on your resume)

-  Experience recruiting technical IT positions

-  Experience and examples of Social Media expertise

-  Prior IT Staffing Agency experience, Contract Recruiting or Corporate Recruiting within the technical arena.

-  Candidates who have also recruited for IT related companies may also be considered.

-  If you enjoy a very fast paced, high rewarding environment, this is a great opportunity for you!

-  Behavioral Interviewing experience a strong plus

-  Must be flexible, self-motivated, excellent verbal and written communication skills with a sense of urgency are required for this position.

 

 

Job Requirements

We may also consider candidates with a very strong software development and project management background who have experience staffing very large IT software projects.

 

4 year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing or Healthcare strongly preferred.
