Pet Care AssociateThe Store Associate assists pet parents with fish, birds, reptiles and small furry pets and provides excellent customer service to all guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Caring for the pets in our store and ensuring health and safety of all pets on a daily basis
• Being knowledgeable of the layout of the store and the merchandise we sell
• Providing assistance to pet parents by answering questions about our products and services
• Greeting pets and pet parents and provide a quick and efficient check out experience
• Suggesting appropriate additional products and services solutions to our pet parents
• Training and working in other departments and positions within the PetSmart store, as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Available to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
