JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Practice Manager II works collaboratively with the lead site physician to ensure the efficient and effective daily operation of the clinic including the supervision and evaluation of the clinic staff. Oversees all practice operations, budget and work flows within the medical practice to ensure Exempla policies and procedures are in effect. This position requires critical thinking skills and working special projects as assigned. The Practice Manager II must be supportive of all Human Resources guidelines by example as well as coaching and mentoring staff. This includes being a role model of Exemplas Service Behaviors and Best in the Nation philosophy to ensure these concepts are consistently followed and displayed by staff. The Practice Manager may be transferred from site-to-site as deemed necessary by Exempla Physician Network Administration.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 5 years practice management experience with experience required. Oncology and/or medical specialty experience strongly preferred. Also BA or BS is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
