Our client is looking for a Quoting Specialist.Duration: Direct HireLocation: Denver, ColoradoThe Quoting Specialist is responsible for sourcing quotes from Telecom providers for serving client requirements. The quotes to be sourced at best in market rates, to be provided accurately and as per the Turn Around Time SLAs. Support Sales team for winning business. The role requires extensive interaction with local & Global suppliers and requires commercial understanding and negotiation skillsJob Duties:Ensure turnaround of Pricing requests within set deadlines and SLAs Liaising with carriers on a daily basis to ensure deadlines are being metEnsuring pricing is accurate and valid at time of quoteTo become a centre of excellence regarding carrier pricing, pricing databases and processesProactively keep all stakeholders up-to-date on the progress of pricing requestsTo respond immediately to any requests escalated. To perform against all key performance indicators including the Turn Around Time SLA MatrixProvide administrative support and analysis reporting as requiredBe responsible for pricing quotation sent to customers and be confident in using any tools that create quotes for customers.

Job Requirements

Requirements:Telecom Background - 2 years Telecoms industry experience requiredConversant with Telecom ProductsExperience with commercial sourcingProficient in ExcelOracle/SAP experience is a plusNegotiation SkillsBachelors degree or higher is required
