Licensed Therapist at Westminster

Job Description

Devereux Colorado is recruiting for Licensed Therapists to join the Devereux Team! This position will entail working with a full caseload of clients (ages 0- 24 years-old) and their families who are struggling with difficulties such as: mental health issues, behavioral issues, court involvement, complex trauma, abuse and neglect, social difficulties, educational problems, medical problems, etc.

The Licensed Therapist will be responsible for providing individual and family therapy, case management, advocacy, linkage to community resources, and crisis intervention services, in addition to maintaining clinical documentation, attending team meetings, etc. In addition, the Licensed Therapist will have demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and experience and skills engaging court-mandated clients, making assessments and treatment recommendations, and utilizing strengths-based interventions. Preferred candidates for this position will also likely have advanced training and experience utilizing some evidenced-based interventions. This position will likely include varying shifts and on-call responsibilities.

Availability in Residential, Short Term Residential, Outpatient, Home-based and Mobil crisis Reponse.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• At least a Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Professional licensure in the state of Colorado is required.
• Experience on private insurance panels is a plus.Advanced training and experience utilizing evidenced-based interventions.
• Experience providing therapy services to children, adolescents and families in home-based setting and/or outpatient setting.
• Must have a Colorado Drivers License and auto insurance.
