Classification: Attorney-licensed II 4-9 yrs exp

Compensation: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year

Contracts Counsel!!A growing healthcare company is looking for a permanent in-house counsel to add to its legal department. Must have 5-7 years of experience practicing in a law firm or in-house legal department. Attorneys with a strong contracts and healthcare background only need apply. Responsibilities would include drafting provider agreements, licensing agreements, and general commercial contracts. Healthcare compliance experience with medicare and medicaid is strongly preferred.
