Compensation: $85,500.99 to $95,000.00 per year

Robert Half Finance & Accounting is seeking a Controller for a growing services company in Colorado Springs. The company is growing through acquisition. If you enjoy being part of a growing team, building new processes, upgrading technology and building a team, then this position is for you. The Controller reports to the President and will be responsible for the following duties: managing day to day accounting, preparing financial reporting, integrating data from previously acquired companys, ensuring and protecting the accuracy and integrity of all financial data, coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements, manage budget process, assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes, evaluating accounting and internal controls, developing and monitoring business performance metrics, overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance. Job Requirements

10+ years of progressive financial experience, 5+ years managing an accounting team, proven success in developing and growing staff members, experience working in an environment that has high volume transactions, possess excellent analytics and outside the box solutions, Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance with a preference towards a CMA or MBA.
