Entry Level Supervisor and Manager Training Program

SUPERVISOR AND MANAGER TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDES

We are currently looking to hire individuals who are willing to learn and perform their way into our management positions. The Current Job position will require the following within the first few months of commencement.

Attend Management training workshops to learn Management & Leadership fundamentals

Help Acquire new customers for one of our Fortune 100 Clients through our Retail campaign

Learn and implement our training systems and eventually help train new employees

Run Business Trips to our New markets in Kansas City, Fort Collins, Pueblo etc

Learn and implement our Human Resources and Recruiting systems

Job Requirements

We require the following skills and expertise.

Some Sales experience in the past postions.

Fundamental understanding of Leadership and Management concepts

Experience in some form of leadership and supervisory role

Fundamental understanding of Marketing concepts

Added skils that help

Management experience of handling 5+ individuals

High performance outbound sales experience

Recruiting an Human resources experience

Training experience with proven track record of running workshops

Mental attributes that we are looking for
