IT Contract Support Coordinator at Denver

Job Classification: Contract An enterprise level company in downtown Denver is looking to add an IT Contract Support Coordinator to their team. oAdd content to the weekly IT sourcing status report to include executed contracts and accomplishmentsoCreate weekly contractor and maintenance renewal reports oFacilitate the IT Maintenance renewal process for annual maintenance renewals. This includes review of quotes against contracts, and coordination with application owners and suppliers to adjust license counts.oSupport the Invoice Manager in evaluating and resolving supplier invoice issues as required oSupport IT sourcing and contract management processes Savings tracking, Consultant access approvals and consultant log, Certificates of Insurance reviews, renewals and approvalsoMaintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL), supplier rate card, and execute the supplier evaluation process. oChange Orders process change orders for consultant and contractor renewals oDistribute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) to potential new suppliers. oNew projects as assigned to support contracts team and initiatives. Minimum Education and Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience with IT - Supplier and Contract Management experience is a plus. Preferred Type of Education and Experience: Experience with IT supplier and contract management in a large corporation. Skills Needed: Prioritization and organizational skills to execute and manage many tasks concurrently Advanced Microsoft Office skills Word, Excel and Sharepoint Knowledge of IT disciplines to include Infrastructure and Applications Strong communication skills both written and verbal Join TEKsystems and get your career on the fast track.
