Compensation: $17.00 to $17.00 per hour

Robert Half Technology is currently seeking a Data Center Operations Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experienceSystem Administrator experience (entry level)Knowledge of:oWindows and HP UX operating systemsoMicrosoft Office and Lotus NotesoVeritas Netbackup Data Center 4.x or lateroBasic SQL commandsoComputer Associates Autosys Job Management 4.x or laterMust be flexible and open to working in a 24/7 environment shifts are on a rotation and range between 3- 12 hour shifts and 4-10 hour shifts.Responsibilities:Provide Tier 1 Tier 3 support administration on Cisco network routers and switches, Veritas Netbackup Data Center 4.x/5.x/6.x, Windows 2003/2008 OS, CA Autosys JM 4.x/5.x, and other applications.Perform system backups onsite and offsitePerform data communications, transmissions, and encryption (PGP) for internal and external customers and vendorsPerform and manage Store Systems deployment via TCP (RemoteWare) and UDP (Surecast or other multicast product) over Wide Area Network. Support Systems Administrators, developers, DBAs and other teams and departments as neededMonitor all servers, including email, network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN)
