Description:
Primary Responsibilities:To promote and sell Assistance Products and Services products primarily to the Corporate Market. The business growth will be split approximately 30% from existing clients and 70% for new clients in the space. Main Accountabilities: Delivery of assigned revenue and profit targets Development of a sales pipeline and the on-going tracking of all sales activities and initiatives through our Client Relationship Management System Source leads and opportunities from existing sources as well as new found opportunities and leads. Work as an integrated professional for all the Americas based products and services and serve as a referral for other opportunities (i.e. RMS, Insurance, etc.) Work cross functionally with personnel and the Americas and the UK for special projects where and when applicable Build client relationships throughout the Global market Continuously evaluate sales performance in the entire Corporate Market Regional book of business
Qualifications:
Required experience: -Bachelors degree-At least 5 years of consultative selling experience.-Proven track record and experience with large multinational clients in the assistance industry across all applicable markets.-Proven track record of cross functional team successes in complex global organizations.-Strong oral and written communication skills.-Strong presentation skills and persuasiveness.-Ability to work independently.-Ability to travel around 50% of the time. Strongly Preferred experience: - Medical assistance, and security sector knowledge-Client management of wider sectors including mining, corporate, and government clients- New client acquisition experience and successes
