2013- 14 CO NSB/ site acq only self perform program. Manage direct bill AT&Tvendors (non Turf) for an aprx 100 project site acq only program from sitecandidate selection (ms013) through site acq complete (ms093). Includes managingthe following major milestones; leasing, A&E drawings, zoning, buildingpermits, regulatory and AT&T stakeholder signoff.Overall Purpose
Responsible for all aspects of assigned project/projects foror within the Network organization
delivering the project within theidentified timeframe and at or below budget.

•Single Point of contact on end to end management of assigned (large,/multiple)projects,
completing projects within allotted timeline and budget.
•Clarifies and develop project scope, detailed work plans, schedules, objectives,estimates
coordinates activities of the project team, identifying resourcesand implementation strategy.
• Conducts project status meetings, projectreporting, and is responsible for project tracking and
analysis, includingproject interdependencies.
• Collaborates across multiple functions to ensureadherences to quality standards, internal
processes, reviews projectdeliverables. To drive to required project results.
• Identifies, recommendsand takes action to drive the analysis, solutions resolution toall
issues/roadblocks in a timely fashion.
• Provides overall directionand technical or analytical guidance to project and program teamsthat
typically span multiple organizations, markets and outsidesuppliers/vendors.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to projectteam. Recommends and takes action to direct
the analysis and solutions ofproblems.
• Communication with stakeholders, internal clients, vendors andexecutive leadership.
• Identify and report risks/jeopardies using theproject management tracking tool (PMATT).
• Ensure that critical path datesare base lined and managed effectively to ensure quality execution
anddeployment of programs and projects
• Deliver/execute finalplan.
Preferred Bachelor of Business/Engineering/Math/Science degree orequivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications networkinfrastructure Project Management structure
and lifecycle, cellular networkdeployment and cellular network infrastructure including abilityto
assimilate complex technical interdependencies that may drive projectrequirements.
• Wireless / Cellular Network deployment experience andWireless Engineering Principles.
• Minimum 8 years managing large complexNetwork technical projects preferably with a fortune
500 company.
•Understanding of Network Equipment/Architecture systems and operations .
•Excellent communication skills (oral/written).
• Strong relationship buildingand negotiation skills with the ability to recognize and solve problems
•Process oriented and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
• MSOffice software suite, including MS project Visio experience .
PMPcertification a plus
Manager Specific:
Manage vendordeliverables/milestones; leasing, A&E drawings, zoning, building permits,regulatory and AT&T stakeholder signoff. Collaborate on creative solutionsto drive milestone duration efficiency. Process and manage vendor POs. Maintainproject schedules. Process leases, zoning apps, permit requests and all relatedpayments. Manage schedules and budget, validate vendor deliverables at keymilestones, supervise construction prep/ closeout
