Publically-traded, Denver-based Company seeks a Corporate Accounting Manager.
This is a great position that will play key role in the growth and success of the organization.
Some of the key job responsibilities of the Corporate Accounting Manager will include:
- Coordinates the overall corporate close process
- Supervise senior corporate accountants
- Performs and/or reviews the corporate consolidations
- Assists with overseeing accounting for the company’s investments
- Directs the accounting for certain technical areas
- Coordinates with various internal departments, outside auditors and other consultants.
- Performs ad hoc analyses of financial and operational results

Job Requirements
Corporate Accounting Manager candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- CPA a plus, but not required
- 4-7 years general accounting experience including accounting for various corporate accounting functions including consolidations, internal and external reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with top leadership
- Supervisory experience
- Real estate experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to prioritize workload to achieve the department’s goals
