Job Summary:This position provides a full range of administrative support services to one or more executives.This position must function with limited supervision and requires considerable proactive coordination with executive(s) work demands. Must be able to exercise initiative, independent judgment and accountability for various processes and programs.This position works collaboratively with members of the assigned resource group, other resource groups, and national staff, particularly other assistants within an office location.Essential Duties:- Provide administrative support for executive level staff in an environment that requires maturity, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate calendars, travel itineraries, telephone conferences, meetings, and presenters that support meetings, conferences and workshops.
- Assumes lead responsibility for various project-based assignments in support of executive(s) and/or resource group(s).
- Prepare presentations, reports and correspondence utilizing desktop publishing software, word processing and/or transcription.
- Creates and maintains filing/record keeping function in an orderly, systematic way.
Job Requirements
Education:- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of six years related experience, with a minimum of three years in an Administrative Assistant capacity (reporting to director level or above) required (May consider combined education and work experience).
- Prefer knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office technology tools.
- None required.
