This role will partner with our sales and delivery leaders to support clients strategy, relationships, and ensure exceptional delivery. Responsibilities for this position include the following:
Assist in enhancement of sales strategy across key verticals and product offerings
Perform market and industry analysis to stay abreast of clients business and emerging risk and opportunities
Build strong relationships with Experis delivery, Resource Management and leadership teams
Work hand in hand with our sales/delivery executive to support client relationships and business development
Develop executive presentations, proposals, statements of work, and other key deliverables
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
10+ years of professional business experience with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a Professional Service organization; preferably Big 4 public accounting or other global consulting organizations, CPA certification a plus
Strong project and program management
Familiarity with risk, governance and process design and improvement is key
Exposure to financial services and regulatory compliance a plus
Deep understanding of how to drive value on engagements in a consulting environment including development of project approach, estimated time and effort, project skill requirements and deliverables, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects
Extensive experience in the preparation and timely delivering of proposals, statements of work, management presentations and other deliverables developed in a professional services environment
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing to clients, consultants and C-Level management, including excellent communication and leadership skills
Willingness to learn and be comfortable with supporting all aspects of business development and delivery
An entrepreneurial individual who thrives on, and has demonstrated the ability to build and grow a successful and dynamic practice
Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion to serve clients and our consulting teams, exhibiting a personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles
Proven ability to successfully interface with executives, management, and procurement decision makers
Excellent attention to detail, follow-up and organization skills
Strong project and people management experience, with excellent attention to detail, follow-up and organizational skills
Strategic thinker who enjoys working with clients in a variety of industries
Expertise with key Microsoft Office products, including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
