Job Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients using aggressive lead generation techniques

Conducting sales calls with clients to generate business

Building and maintaining relationships with potential and active clients to effectively grow your business

Qualifying and negotiating job orders

Negotiate contracts with potential clients

Candidate sourcing and recruiting initiatives

Screening, interviewing, assessing, and selecting talent for potential client openings

Negotiating with qualified candidates

Job Requirements

Recruiting or Perm Placement experience

Must be able to work & thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Ability to multi-task, prioritize,& reprioritize

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Professional presentation and ability to interface with clients & candidates

Confident in making decisions, taking direction, and executing a plan

Strong Negotiating Skills

Competitive nature with strong motivation to succeed
