Staffing/Compliance Coordinator at Denver

Job Description

Integrated Healthcare Staffing is a national healthcare staffing agency dedicated to providing healthcare professionals to hospitals and nursing facilities for temporary and contract/travel assignments. Founded in 1998, we have quickly expanded to include offices in 4 states. We have developed relationships with hundreds of clients across the US and have earned a reputation within the healthcare industry for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and clients.

 

Our rapid growth has led to an expansion of our organization. We are currently seeking a Staffing/Compliance Coordinator to join our team:

Responsibilities:

•  Manage client accounts to achieve sales goals

•  Staff healthcare professionals for daily and contract assignments. 

•  Manage the organization and distribution of daily client orders to fellow team members.

•  Personnel management and schedule organization for 150+ external employees.

•  Pump calling facilities

•  Document all correspondence with clients and candidates

•  Demonstrate problem solving and closing abilities

•  Clearly articulate correspondence between all offices

•  Maintain company core values

•  Responsible for final completion of all compliance documentation for all external staff that will be starting or currently working; including Integrated requirements as well as facility specific requirements for all contracts.

•  Review contract and changes and maintain current information in our internal tracking system.

•  Maintain correspondence with temporary employees to ensure that all compliance is up to date and follow-up as necessary with candidates to ensure that proper documentation is updated. Clearly articulate correspondence between Client and candidate.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes hourly pay, commission, and full benefits. $11 - $15/hour + commission

Job Requirements

Requirements:

•  Minimum of one year sales and/or recruiting experience preferred

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

•  Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred

•  Experience in relationship management and business development preferred

•  Self-directed and detail-oriented

•  Excellent communication skills

•  Need to work autonomously but function in a team environment
