We are searching for a strong leader to guide our members and employees as a Branch Manager.You will be responsible for the management of and total accountability for, a retail branch location. You will also ensure quality and progress of work and accomplish performance objectives and standards.Additionally, the Branch Manager will be expected to be actively involved with outside business development activities and local community events and organizations. As a senior leader, you will beresponsible for preparing the branch staff to provide the highest level of member satisfaction while meeting branch and individual performance objectives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years branch manager experience in a credit union or bank.
• Minimum2 years experience in a leadership role in a financial institutionenvironment.
• Previous success motivating and developing team members to achieve service and sales goals.
• Ability to create a business plan and strategy to achieve sales goals.
• Extensive knowledge of credit union/bank operations, compliance and risk management.
• Ability to be self-directed, motivated and detail oriented.
• Possess problem solving and independent decision making skills.
• Ability to work well with internal and external customers via phone, e-mail and in-person.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer competency skills required.
• Proficient in basic mathematics.
